The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking recalling of order dated 12.03.2019 by condoning the delay of 1794 days, whereby, the registration of appeals was refused by the learned Registrar, (Judicial) for non removal of office objections. 2.
The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 Acquiring Body submits that if the appeals are restored then, those can be placed before National Lok Adalat Dated 03.03.2024. However, considering the delay, the interest needs to be stopped for such period.

In view of the same, all these applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to condition that the respective applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay of 1794 days on the compensation if allowed.

Applications are accordingly disposed of. After restoration, the matters be placed before Lok Adalat dated 03.03.2024.
