The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are encroachers on the gayran land. They have filed an applications for regularisation (Page Nos. 21 and 25) in the year - 2016 and 2017 respectively. The same are not decided.

In case the petitioners have filed an applications for regularisation of encroachment (Page Nos. 21 and 25) and if the same are pending with the respondents / authorities, then the authorities shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months. 3.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
