The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that vigilance has been conducted in all these matters. However, validation proceedings are not decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the Scrutiny Committee and the State. 3.

The petitioners have already received vigilance report. The petitioners shall fle their say to the vigilance report before the Committee on 27th February, 2020. On receipt of the say from the petitioners, the Scrutiny Committee shall decide validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners, preferably within a period of three months.

The petitioners rely on the Judgment passed by this Court in the matter of his cousin uncle. The petitioners may point out the judgment to the Scrutiny Committee. 5.

The Scrutiny Committee, naturally will consider all the relevant aspects and the judgment passed by the Court. 6.
