In view of the nature of relief claimed and as statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at the place involved, no school is sanctioned as yet by the respondent. This Court is hereby directing the respondents to consider the proposal made by the petitioner which was initially for ensuing academic year 2010-11 as per present policy of the respondent.
