ORDER:

Learned Asst. Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, the vigilance has been conducted and the report is also served upon the petitioner. The result of the petitioners Third (1) of MBBS examination is withheld on the ground that the validity is not submitted.

In view of that, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner within three months.

2 Sr918 WP2228.2018 (ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

(iii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 07.03.2018.

(iv) The respondents No. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's Third (1) MBBS examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
