Leave granted to correct the name of the husband of appellant No.4. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of applicant No.4 Dhondabai w/o Rajendra Mule who died on 15.11.2020. In view of the standing order passed by the Supreme Court extending period of limitation, the Application is in time and it is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks. After such amendment is carried out, issue notice to the legal heirs to be added. 3.

Apart from the above, by a separate pursis the learned advocate for the appellants has informed that the appellant No.1 has also died on 08.12.2017 and is survived by the appellant Nos.2 to 8 who are the only legal heirs. After such amendment is carried out list the Second Appeal for final hearing on 23.03.2022.
