PER COURT :- 1.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application on behalf of applicant No.1 - Avinash Anil Jadhav. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of applicant No.1.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants No.2 to 22 and the learned 1 of

940 ABA 290-2025 APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants have approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.260/2024, registered with MIDC Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 189 (2), 191 (2), 190, 118 (1), 119 (1), 287, 324 (4), 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 351

(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 37 (1) and 37 (3) of Mumbai Police Act, 1951.

The learned APP has today produced the injury certificate, which shows that the injured has suffered one grievous injury on the head; however, the same is not attributed to applicants No.2 to 22. It is also noted that a large number of accused from both sides have been arrested and immediately released on bail.

Considering the above aspects, the interim protection granted by order dated 21/02/2025 is confirmed only in respect of applicants No.2 to 22 on the following terms : - i] In the event the applicants No.2 to 22 are arrested in connection with FIR No.260/2024, registered with MIDC Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 189 (2), 191 (2), 190, 118 (1), 119 (1), 287, 324 (4), 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 351 (3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 37

(1) and 37 (3) of Mumbai Police Act, 1951, they shall be released on 2 of

940 ABA 290-2025 bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. ii] The applicants No.2 to 22 shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.

iii] The applicants No.2 to 22 shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicants No.2 to 22 shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 6.

In the event, the applicants violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
