Heard the learned counsel for the applicant - Insurance Company, learned counsel for the claimants as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 6. Perused the application. 2.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the present Appeal.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The delay for filing First Appeal stands condoned.
