Heard the learned counsel for the applicant - Insurance Company, learned counsel for the claimants as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 6 - owner of offending vehicle. Perused the application.

It has been submitted that the decreetal amount has already been deposited in this Court and the claimants are allowed to withdraw the same. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep alive the present application.

Hence, the application stands disposed of.
