Learned Counsel Mr. Malpani waives service for Respondents No.1 to 4.

The learned Counsel for the appellant-MSRTC argued in support of the calculations and the deduction from the compensation amount towards TDS, though the learned Counsel for the respondents-claimants had raised an

{2} objection that the MSRTC had, in fact, deducted the amount of Rs.1,17,000/- towards TDS.

However, considering the argument of learned Counsel for the MSRTC, it is transpired that the MSRTC has deducted amount of around Rs.30,000/- towards the TDS. The learned Counsel for the MSRTC has also assured to pass on the TDS certifcate to the claimants for the purpose of income tax refund.
