The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 3 since May, 2018. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page 47) is pending with the Education Ofcer (Secondary), then Education Ofcer (Secondary) shall decide the same on its own merits within a period of six months.

Mr Salgare, the learned Counsel for the petitioner relies on the Judgment of this Court dated 11th February, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 2906 of 2018.
