O R D E R

A] The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) on condition to deposit the amount in this Court in terms of award within eight weeks. Failure to deposit the amount within eight weeks, stay granted to execution of award shall stand vacated unless the period is extended before expiry of period prescribed for deposit of the amount.
