PER COURT :- In view of the Judgment of Supreme court in the matter of Sant Satguru Janardhan Swami (Moungiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha & another V/s State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2001 SCC 509, since the process of election has advanced at the stage of scrutiny of nominations, no interference is called for in the on-going programme of election. It would be open for the petitioner to raise appropriate contention as permissible in accordance with provisions of law at an appropriate stage.
