Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amount of back-wages has not been properly calculated. If the petitioner has some grievance about correctness of the calculations, he may approach the appropriate forum for the said reason, however, the contempt petition cannot be kept pending. The Contempt Petition deserves to be disposed of and is accordingly disposed of.
