ORDER :

The application is filed by the original claimants for permission to withdraw the amount deposited in the Court as compensation by the Insurance Company. This Court has enhanced the compensation amount and direction is given to make the disbursement, if Court fees is deposited. 2.

It appears that matter was moved before the other Hon'ble Judge and on 12.12.2014 and the other Hon'ble Judge gave direction to deduct the amount of Court fees before making disbursement of compensation amount. Such order was made by this Court also. In view of these circumstances and as the submission is made that original claimants Pravin and Pornima have become major and that amount is required for marriage of

CA No. 2237/16 Pornima, this Court holds that if the amount is lying with the Tribunal, the Court fees is to be deducted and remaining amount is to be paid by account payee cheque in the proportion fixed by the Tribunal.
