The learned APP has pointed out that F.I.R. bearing Crime No. 11/2013 came to be registered with City Police Station Beed for the offene punishable under sections 406, 422, 467, 468, 471, 201 r/w. 34 of I.P.C. and after completing investigation chargesheet has been submitted in the year 2017 and at present, the case bearing R.C.C.No. 318/2017 is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Beed.
