By order dated 3.12.2014, this court has permitted the land owners to withdraw 1/3rd of the amount in deposit subject to filing of undertaking, that in case, the appeal is allowed, they shall refund that amount with such interest as this court may then order and balance amount is directed to be invested in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of three years. Aggrieved by the same, the present applicants approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing Special Leave Petition. The Hon'ble Supreme Court, by order dated 17.8.2015 dismissed the Special Leave Petition directing the petitioners therein to approach this Court for early hearing and disposal of pending appeal. In view of this, present civil application requires no consideration. Civil application is accordingly rejected.
