Present application has been filed for bringing legal representatives of applicant - appellant No.6-A Narayan Ranchood Tadvi on record. He expired on 15th March 2022. There is delay of 248 days in preferring the application. The applicants seek condonation of the same.

Learned AGP submits that he has no objection to allow the application and he also requests that similarly those legal

ca2352.23 representatives be brought on record in First Appeal No.737 of 2003 preferred by the State, in which said Narayan Tadvi was respondent No.6-A.

In view of the fact that in both the matters said Narayan Tadvi was either the appellant No.6-A or respondent No.6-A, his legal representatives are required to be brought on record. Hence delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed and disposed of.
