th July, 2015 DATED : 14 PER COURT :- 1] In view of the order, passed by this court on 10 th July, 2015, the Superintendent of Police, Jalna is personally present. She has assured that henceforth the investigating officers from the Jalna district will give proper instructions to the learned Additional Public Prosecutors who are incharge of the brief.

2] Since, the highest officer of the District of the police department has given assurance, it is expected that all other sub­ordinate officers to the Superintendent of Police shall ensure that henceforth they will be giving necessary instructions to the learned Additional Public Prosecutors. 3] This is an application for cancellation of bail. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed the affidavit of Kailas

crap988.15 s/o Haripandit Mohite, who is Sub­Inspector of police station Kadim Jalna, by which he has pointed out that after the investigation, 'C' summary report if filed in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jalna.

4] In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present application for cancellation of bail. Hence, the application is dismissed.
