The applicant/claimant has filed this application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by appellant/Insurance company in view of withdrawal of Appeal.

Heard learned counsel for applicant and counsel representing the Insurance company.

In view of the Appeal filed by the appellant/Insurance company, withdrawn and disposed of as withdrawn, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The amount be paid by transferring the same in the savings bank account of applicant on furnishing particulars of his savings bank account.
