Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/Corporation and the learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4. 2.

The appellant appears to have good grounds to argue the appeal. The appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation as it is a condition precedent in the cases of money decree. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order is passed;

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The ad-interim relief granted in terms of prayer clause 'B' by order dated 24.02.2023 stands confirmed, till the conclusion of the appeal.
