It is an application moved by the applicants seeking directions to the appellant so as to bring on record legal heirs of respondent/Fulabai Puna Marathe, who died on 5th August, 2014. The applicants have also given details of her legal heirs in paragraph 2 of the application. Heard Mr. Kale, learned counsel for applicants and Mr. Chate, learned AGP for respondent No.1.

Mr. Chetan Jadhav, learned counsel for appellant/acquiring body submits that he has instructions from the department of acquiring body to appear in this appeal and civil applications. He undertakes to file VP in a short time.

The appellant to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent/Fulabai Puna Marathe by making necessary amendment in the title clause and furnish copy of amendment appeal memo to the respondents and State.
