Applicants are praying for sending record to the reference court because of incorrect name of Applicant No.7/Vilas Venkat Jadhav and Applicant No.9-Rajkumar Subhana Wakure. It is contended that Applicant No.7 is in fact Vikas Popatrao Jadhav and Applicant No.9 is Rajkumar Subhashrao Balure. Apparently there is a mistake in recording names of the parties which needs to be rectified by referring the matter to the reference court. Hence, I pass following order :

a) Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and the certified copy of the judgment and award be sent back to the
