Mr Patil, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been fled for correction of the stafng pattern with the Education Ofcer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon. The Education Ofcer (Secondary) has forwarded the same to the Director of Education, Pune. However, the Director of Education has not taken any decision upon it. 2.

In case the proposal of the petitioner for correction of the stafng pattern has been forwarded by the Education Ofcer (Secondary) and is pending with the respondent No. 3, then
