1) The application is filed for condonation of 32 days caused in filing application for setting aside the order made by learned Registrar Judicial. Relief of restoration of the matter is also made.

2) Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The counsel takes blame to herself. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number. If office objections are not removed prior to 16th April 2016 the matter shall stand dismissed without back reference to the Court.
