Since the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied by issuance of directions or early decision on the proposal, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 / Committee to decide the proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 5 (five) months.
