An affidavit on behalf of the respondents has been filed stating that the property of the petitioner has been vacated so also the petitioner has also filed affidavit that he has received the possession. We glad to note that the District Superintendent of Police, Beed has issued circular on 3.3.2025 to the police officers within his jurisdiction that any property should not be sealed and seized without any reason if the owner is not connected with the crime. Hope the said circular is abided by the officers. 2.
