The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses B, C and D as under :- "B) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to exercise the jurisdiction vested in it under Article 226 Constitution of India and issue by writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ and quash and set aside the impugned order passed by respondent No.3 in file No.2021/MAG/ROR/ CR-150.
C) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be issue direction to the respondent No.2 to decide a representation dt.04.02.2022 filed by petitioner and take appropriate legal actions against the respondent No.3.

We had called upon the learned AGP to take instructions as the petitioner had challenged the order dated 10.01.2022, which is an interim order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad, in the proceeding filed under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code vide which, ad-interim protection was granted to the applicant (Baban Sitaram Rathod).

After a pass over, the learned AGP submits that the proceedings have progressed further and tomorrow is the day scheduled before the authority for advancing oral submissions and the proceedings would be concluded with the passing of an order by 30.08.2022.

In view of the above, the petitioner is satisfied. 6.
We expect the concerned authority i.e. respondent No.3 to decide the said proceedings on or before 30.08.2022. 7.
