Mr. Nagarkar, the learned counsel submits that the proposal has been submitted by the petitioner in the year 2011 for grant of Ashram School. No decision has been taken as yet. Every year reminder is given by the petitioner however, the same is not attended by the respondents. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioner will have to apply afresh in view of the changed norms. It would not be fruitful to direct the respondents to decide the proposal filed in the year 2011. In the light of that we pass following order:

The petitioner may file fresh proposal with the respondents for grant of Ashram School which proposal, the respondents/competent authority shall decided on its own merits within a period of three months from the date of submissions of the proposal. 4.
