Matrimonial dispute between the parties was referred for mediation and it is settled in the mediation. The learned Mediator has submitted report dated 8th September, 2025 to the effect that the Mediation is successful. Consent terms are also annexed along with the Mediation Report. The same are marked "X" for identification.

Appellant - wife and Respondent - husband are present in the Court. They are identified by their respective advocates. They confirm the terms of compromise.

In view of the compromise, the Family Court Appeal is

{2} ca2038-25.doc disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree be drawn accordingly. Civil Application No. 2038/2025 is also disposed of. 4.

Registry to transfer the amount in the account numbers mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the consent terms. 5.

Appellant wife shall withdraw the pending proceedings within two weeks from today.
