Mr. Jaybhar, the learned counsel submits that, the learned Single Judge of this Court vide judgment and order dated 26.03.2014 in First Appeal No. 576 of 2004 and other connected appeals has dismissed the appeals of the State, wherein the award of the Reference Court in respect of acquisition for storage tank of village Yesgaon have been dismissed. In the present matter also acquisition is for the same project and from the same village. 2.

For the reasons recorded vide judgment and order dated 26.03.2014 in First Appeal No. 576 of 2004 with other connected appeals, present appeal also stand dismissed, however, with no order as to costs.
