Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State and the learned counsel for the injured.

The subsequent to the rejection of earlier bail application, the applicant and the injured have settled their terms. The injured has also supported the contention of the applicant by way of separate application. It seems to be a mutual settlement between the parties. Even if the bail would be rejected, the fate of the case is apparent. Therefore, it would not be appropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :- i) Application is allowed.

916-BA-334-23.odt ii) Applicant Sachin Vasant Kolekar be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.I-474 of 2022, registered with Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. iii) Criminal Application No.1208 of 2023 stands disposed of.
