The applicant/respondent has filed this application for cancellation of orders of issuing bailable warrants and non bailable warrant against him as he was not traceable. However, today the respondent/accused is present before the Court and he undertakes to appear before the Court as and when required. The learned Counsel for the respondent / accused is ready to work out the matter within two weeks. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' and disposed of accordingly.
