2] Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants fairly makes a statement that the order to deposit the amount, could not be complied with for want of sanction of budget. He submits that now the sanction has been received.

2 ca4824-13 and ors.odt 3] In the circumstances, the interim relief granted earlier is made absolute on condition that the amount, as directed earlier, be deposited within ten weeks. The applications are disposed of accordingly.

4] It is made clear that in case, the amount is not deposited within ten weeks, present applications for grant of stay to the execution of the impugned award, shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court and the interim stay granted earlier shall stand vacated automatically.
