Ms. Kamble, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given application for appointment on the basis of the recommendation of the Lad-Page committee. The same is not decided. 2.

In case, the application filed by the petitioners seeking benefit of Lad-Page committee (page no. 15) and the same is pending with respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
