Learned AGP informs on instructions that the report of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad is called for by the Divisional Commissioner with a view to decide the application and, the said report has not been received. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad shall forward the report within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the report, the Divisional Commissioner shall decide the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the report, after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
