Since the representation is filed on 6th February, 2024 and this Writ Petition is lodged on 12th February, 2024, the Petitioner shall note that we are not entertaining this Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits on instructions, that the Zilla Parishad normally decides a representation within 60 days, if it is feasible and practicable in the light of GR dated 07/04/2021. He further submits that if the representation is favorably considered, the request will be considered only during the general transfer season and not by way of a mid-term transfer. 3.

By recording the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
