Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 652 days condoned in filing first appeal. The appellant - acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dhule, in L.A.R. No.33 of 2004 dated 12-12-2012.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that in connected appeals, this Court has condoned the delay. Due to some administrative difficulties, the appeals could not be preferred within the period of limitation. The delay is not intentional.

None for respondent no.01 though served. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent no.02.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the applicant - acquiring body and for the reasons stated in the application and since in the connected appeals delay has been condoned by this Court, delay caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Civil Application for condonation of delay stands allowed accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for consideration on 24th September 2019.
