Present application has been filed for stay to the award passed by the reference Court.

Taking into consideration the fact that the delay has been condoned today and the first appeal will come up for admission, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to deposit of entire decretal amount within a period of twelve weeks from the date of this order in this Court. It is clarified, that the said period shall not be extended for any reason. If there is failure on the

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 15868 of 2015 part of the applicant to deposit the amount as directed above, it shall be treated that there is no stay.
