In this matter, parties have already settled the dispute out of the Court. Compromise terms are also reduced in writing and the same are duly verified by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The compromise terms and the report are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. 2.

In view of the same, first appeal is disposed off. Decree be drawn accordingly. Court fee shall be refunded as per the rules. Insurance Company shall deposit the amount as per the compromise terms before the M.A.C.T. Aurangabad, within 12 weeks from today.
