It appears that as per the order dated 21.10.2021 the respondent MSRTC has deposited the amount of impugned award. Though there is some dispute in respect of the said amount raised by the learned counsel for the claimants that the amount of interest is not properly calculated but it can be worked out later on. At this juncture, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause 'B' till disposal of the appeal and accordingly disposed of.
