PER COURT :- 1.

These are applications for condonation of delay of 2384 days caused in filing the first appeals. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants undertake that they will not claim interest in respect of delayed period, if the compensation amount is enhanced in the appeals. Learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent No.3 strongly resisted the applications.

In the light of above submission and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, delay caused in filing first appeals, is hereby condoned. The applicants shall file undertakings to the effect that they will not claim interest for the delayed period. 3.

Civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed and disposed off.
