The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the entire award amount before this court. Out of that awarded amount, this court has permitted to withdraw of 50% amount to the respondents.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsels, the impugned order dated 2909-2021 passed by the Member of MACT, Aurangabad in MACP No. 175/2019, is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
