Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the proposal was submitted by the petitioner for change of premise of the college. The university recommended the same and forwarded it to the respondent on 04th May, 2012. But as yet no decision has been taken by the respondent. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, if the proposal is pending, then the respondent would decide it on its own merits.

In the light of the that, we pass the following order.

In case proposal forwarded by the university to the State in respect of sanction of change of premise (Exhibit - E) is pending with the respondent, then the respondent shall decide the same on its own merits and as per existing policy and scheme. expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today.
