Mr. Patil submits that these petitioners were on election duty. These petitioners did not receipt the postal ballot. Even the communication was made to that effect. Tomorrow is the date fixed for counting. Respondent may provide postal ballot to the petitioners. Petitioners right to franchise is affected.

Mr.

Shelke, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the Returning Officer, Tahsil Office, Dharangaon has not received the communication (Exh. 'A').

The counting is scheduled tomorrow i.e.

23.2.2017. This Court could have come to the aid of the petitioner had the petitioners approached earlier. As the counting is kept tomorrow, no further orders can be passed in the Writ Petition at the 11th hour.

In view of that, Writ Petition is disposed of.
