Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has brought legitimate petition before this Court raising genuine grievance that the amount directed to be deposited is too exorbitant. The petitioner would deposit the reasonable amount. 2.

After considering the contents of the petition, we had directed the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs.5,00,000/- by way of security in order to test the bona fides of the petitioner. 3.

The order is discretionary order. In view of that we are not inclined to accept the prayer of the petitioner in the present civil application. The application is disposed of.

The time given to deposit the amount under order dated 04.01.2018 in writ petition No.15270 of 2017 is extended by one week.
