DATE : 04.03.2022 PER COURT :- Learned Advocate for the respondent-claimant urged for permitting him to substitute the security furnished earlier, for withdrawal of the amount vide order dated 07.01.2021 passed in Civil Application No. 7503 of 2020. According to him the surety/security furnished, does not want to be continued any longer.
