Heard. For the reasons recorded in the applications, applications deserve to be allowed and the same are accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the applications stands condoned. Order passed by the Registrar on 27.06.2016 is recalled. Petitions are restored to their original number. Petitioners to remove office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed in the instant applications shall be deemed to have been recalled. Both civil applications stand disposed of.
