In order to show bonafides the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) in the Registry of this Court on or before 3rd March, 2017. In case, the petitioner deposit such amount within stipulated period, as observed above, list the petition on 7th March, 2017. In case, an amount is not deposited, on expiry of aforesaid period Public Interest Litigation would stand automatically disposed of.
