I have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant. Since the cost was deposited on 05/01/2018, which was well within the period granted upto 15/01/2018, the civil application is allowed. The Trial Court shall note that the applicant has complied with the directions of this Court set out in clause 10-A of the order dated 13/12/2017. 2.
